Ms. Lau’s practice spans a wide variety of commercial litigation matters for both individual and corporate clients. In representing both plaintiffs and defendants, she has obtained successful results and favorable settlements on behalf of her clients in and out of the courtroom. Recently, Ms. Lau was part of the Early Sullivan trial team that successfully obtained a complete defense verdict in a $55 million lawsuit against their client after a two-month jury trial. Additionally, Ms. Lau has represented actors, musicians and writers in negotiating and drafting licensing, television and other entertainment transactional agreements.
