Devin McRae was recently quoted in Anousha Sakoui and Lucas Shaw’s Bloomberg article “Fox Accuses Netflix of Poaching Employees in California Suit” and Matthew Blake’s Los Angeles Daily Journal article “Fox’s poaching suit against Netflix stirs questions.” According to Devin, the lack of detail in the complaint may make it difficult for Fox to prove its allegation that Netflix knowingly poached employees with fixed-term contracts.

“There really are no facts pleaded,” Devin told the Daily Journal. “Let’s wait and see if there are facts that support it.”
